A leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished Senior 3D Visualization & Post-Production Artist to play a key role in transforming architectural and urban design concepts into compelling, immersive visual narratives.
This role sits at the heart of the design process, combining advanced 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, and high-end post-production expertise. You will lead the visualization workflow from concept through final delivery, collaborate closely with architects and master planners, and mentor junior artists while helping elevate the overall visual storytelling capability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Visualization & Creative Delivery
- Translate architectural, master planning, and urban design concepts into high-quality 3D and 2D visual content
- Develop detailed, architecturally accurate 3D models to support visualization and design development
- Produce photorealistic renderings that capture materials, lighting, scale, and environmental context
- Apply advanced post-production techniques including compositing, colour grading, and contextual enhancements
- Deliver visually compelling stills, animations, and motion graphics for design, marketing, and presentations
Workflow & Quality Management
- Manage the full visualization pipeline from initial modeling to final post-production delivery
- Ensure all visual outputs align with project briefs, design intent, and company quality standards
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and efficient workflows across the visualization team
- Maintain organised file structures, asset libraries, and internal databases
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with architects, master planners, urban designers, and project teams throughout the design process
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior visualization artists
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and leadership to refine and enhance outputs
- Participate in design reviews, project briefings, and team meetings
Innovation & Technology
- Utilise a broad range of visualization and rendering tools including 3ds Max, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, Revit, Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Explore and apply emerging technologies such as real-time rendering, VR, animation, and motion graphics
- Stay current with global trends in architectural visualization and digital storytelling
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve visual quality, efficiency, and innovation
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
- 8-10 years' experience in architectural visualization
- Minimum 6+ years' experience in the UAE or GCC (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end architectural and master planning visualizations
Skills & Competencies
- Expert-level proficiency in 3D and 2D visualization workflows
- Strong command of industry tools including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience with real-time rendering, animation, and motion graphics
- Excellent understanding of architectural design, scale, and planning principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
