- Experience with high end residential
- Space Planning & Design Development - Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Proficiency in Design Software - Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
- Project Coordination - Experience managing timelines, budgets, and communication with vendors and consultants. _ .FF&E Specification - Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, and materials, with sourcing and documentation experience.
- Technical Drawing & Documentation - Competence in producing detailed construction drawings and design documentation.
- Client & Team Communication - Professional presentation skills
