Our client, a leading Real Estate Developers is seeking an experienced Interior Design Director to lead the inhouse Interior design department of a leading developer in Dubai of a landmark ultra luxury high-end residential projects . This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring design intent is delivered to the highest quality through concept, construction, fit-out, and final handover.
The role requires exceptional design and technical knowledge of the regions ultra-high end luxury design market.
Leadership & Design Delivery
- Lead the concept through to delivery for a large-scale luxury residential
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all interior design matters
- Ensure design intent is accurately implemented through concept, design, construction, and fit-out stages to handover
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline (
- Minimum 18 years' professional experience, ( at a VERY senior level) with at least 5+ years in the UAE
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential projects through Design concept, site and fit-out stages
- experience on large , complex ultra luxury projects
- Solid works record
- Be able to manage a large design team
