Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Contribute to all design phases, from initial concept and mood-boarding to detailed design and technical documentation.
Project Diversity: Work across a sophisticated mix of sectors, including High-end Residential, F&B, Hospitality, and Commercial interiors.
Creative Input: Translate client briefs into innovative, beautiful, and functional spaces that align with the studio's high-end aesthetic.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and architects, maintaining a "team-player" attitude and contributing to a positive studio culture.
Material Sourcing: Curate material palettes, finishes, and FF&E selections that push the boundaries of contemporary design.
Technical Accuracy: Ensure all drawings and specifications are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
Requirements
Experience: 4 - 6 years of professional experience in interior design.
Portfolio: A highly creative and diverse portfolio showcasing a mix of F&B, High-end Residential, Hospitality, or Commercial projects.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
Regional Knowledge: Must have previous Dubai experience and a solid understanding of the local market and standards.
Work Record: A stable CV showing a solid, consistent work record (longevity in previous roles).
Skills: Proficient in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Revit is a plus.
Traits: You must be "exceptionally creative," confident, and friendly with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
