My client, a large international Architectural practice, requires a Mid-level Architectural Designer, with 6 years working experience ( Max 10 years) preferable with previous experience within international practices, within residential and hospitality projects in the Middle East region . This role is to produce high quality project designs starting from initial concept generation through to Schematic & Detailed Design phases, and to assist the Project Lead in the production of a project and to be highly involved in the day-to-day execution of the project.
- 6+ years of experience within an international architecture firm
- Experience working on Middle East projects
- Advanced skill level in Revit and ideally some exposure in Rhino , to Intermediate level
- Advanced Adobe Suite skills
- Experience in a Project Architect role and multi-discipline coordination
- Experience leading a team of Architects and Interior Designers
- Demonstrated experience with residential, Hotels and mixed-use projects
- Responsible for developing packages of work in coordination with consultants and team
- Ensuring that project records, including all working documents, are properly and promptly filed and maintained and readily available for reference
- Ensuring that the project documentation is produced in accordance with the companies' policies and standards
- Responding to project correspondence, meeting notes and other data as directed.
- Maintaining communication matters relevant to the design and production of the project, which you are responsible
- Demonstrates a high degree of time management skill and constantly seek to streamline processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency.
