My client a leading real estate developer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Senior Project Manager to oversee the infrastructure development of a large-scale project in Oman.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in infrastructure development projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects in the Middle East region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and expenditures.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
- Provide direction and support to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Resolve any issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
