My client a leading Project Management Consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Commercial Director for a large Program of Works on the Giga NEOM project in Tabuk - Saudi Arabia

Education and Experience:
- Should have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Building Economic, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or similar.
- At least 25 years' experience in Commercial Management roles in the construction sector.
- Good exposure to both building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong client facing skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with contractors and be forceful when required.
- Strong ability to lead a team to ensure best value for the client.
