Senior Interior Designer
Our Client an International Architecture practice in Dubai and contribute to our growing portfolio of prestigious projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design & Design Development
innovative interior design concepts that align with architectural intent and client objectives.
Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space planning solutions for a variety of project types.
FF&E Design
Design, select, and specify high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that meet project requirements and aesthetic goals.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized interior schemes that reflect their unique style and preferences.
Project Collaboration
Coordinate seamlessly with architectural and engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of interior design into the overall project workflow.
Build strong relationships with local manufacturers and suppliers to facilitate timely sourcing and procurement of materials and furnishings.
Documentation & Software
Prepare compelling presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit.
Client Interaction
Present design concepts and project updates to clients with confidence and clarity.
Respond effectively to client feedback and adapt designs to ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their creativity and technical skills.
Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
Proficiency in Revit a advantage not essential and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of FF&E sourcing and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design expertise and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on high-profile projects in the region - High End Residential / commerical offices .
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
