About the Role
Our client, a leading international interior design studio, is seeking a highly creative and ambitious Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong conceptual and creative background in 5-star hospitality projects with renowned hotel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine interior design concepts for 5-star hotel projects, including guestrooms, suites, public areas, and F&B outlets.
Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, architects, and contractors.
Prepare and present design concepts and presentations to clients.
Oversee the design development process, including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality interior design, with a strong focus on 5-star hotels.
Proven ability to develop strong design concepts and presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience at the Senior Interior Designer level within an international design studio.
Prior experience working in the Middle East or Far East Asia.
A solid work record with notable international studios.
Essential Requirements:
Passion for living and working in Hong Kong.
Strong creative portfolio (less than 10MB) demonstrating presentation ability.
