About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and passionate Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a strong portfolio and a proven track record of success to contribute to a wide range of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and project deadlines.
A portfolio of High End residential/ Hotels/ Offices
Develop and present design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, material specifications, and lighting design.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations.
Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Contribute to the overall design direction of the studio.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on high-end residential, commercial offices, F&B, and hospitality projects.
Proven experience working on projects in Dubai is highly advantageous.
Exceptional creative and conceptual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and impactful work.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
