- Technical Problem Solving: Rapidly resolve on-site clashes or technical challenges regarding materials, installations, or site conditions without compromising the aesthetic vision.
- Coordination: Manage the interface between the interior design team, the architect of record, structural engineers, and MEP consultants on-site.
- Documentation: Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups. Maintain accurate site records, RFI logs, and technical reports.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Provide regular progress updates to the Project Director and client representatives, ensuring transparency and quality assurance at every milestone.
Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Site Specialization: A minimum of 5 years dedicated specifically to site-based interior design roles.
- Sector Expertise: Proven experience working on large-scale, prestigious cultural projects (Museums, Theaters, Opera Houses, or high-end civic galleries). You must understand the specific technical requirements of these complex environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of construction details, material specifications, and the ability to read and interpret complex architectural/interior drawings.
- Soft Skills: A firm, authoritative presence on-site with the ability to manage contractors and subcontractors professionally while maintaining the integrity of the design.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills would be considered a significant advantage.
