You will be working under the mentorship of some of the industry's most talented Senior Designers, helping to bring high-profile Hospitality & High End Residential projects to life across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Support: Assist the Senior FF&E team in developing mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations.
- Library Management: Take ownership of the studio's material library, meeting with suppliers to stay updated on the latest products and innovations.
- Documentation: Support the preparation of FF&E schedules, specifications, and basic budget sheets.
- Sample Coordination: Manage the ordering and organization of samples for client presentations and site mock-ups.
- Bespoke Assistance: Help coordinate with local craftsmen and vendors for custom furniture and lighting prototypes.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in global hospitality and High End Residential design.
Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 2 years of professional experience in an interior design or FF&E-focused role.
- Sector Knowledge: Previous experience working on Hospitality & High End Residential projects is essential.
- Regional Context: You must have Dubai/Middle East experience, understanding the local supplier landscape and market tastes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with FF&E scheduling software (like Spexx) or AutoCAD is a plus.
- The "Can-Do" Attitude: We are looking for a proactive, high-energy individual who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to "roll up their sleeves."
