My client, a prestigious international Real Estate Developer, globally recognized for crafting exquisite, high-end residential developments that redefine luxury living. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to join our elite Interior Design department.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. You will act as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that our signature high-end aesthetic is realized seamlessly from design development through to final project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Design Coordination: Lead the coordination between internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project timelines, manage procurement schedules, and proactively mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials align with our brand's luxury benchmarks.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, budget status, and design implementation.
- Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and design deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Background: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Core Experience: Minimum [Insert Number, e.g., 5-8] years of experience managing high-end residential interior projects.
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record of successful project delivery within the Dubai/UAE region.
- Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
- Portfolio: A strong, verifiable portfolio demonstrating experience with luxury/high-end residential finishes, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and bespoke detailing.
- Presence: Must currently reside in Dubai and be available for local interviews.
- Software Proficiency: Strong technical literacy in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools).
