Our client a leading Design practice in Dubai, a seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Architecture to join their dynamic team and drive the department forward in both terms of projects and talent
Key Responsibilities:
This role has a strong element of Business development and commercial awareness
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years of professional experience in hospitality architectural design -at least 10 years in an Associate/ Director role
- Have worked previously for reputable international design practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional hospitality projects in the Middle East Region
- A proven record of winning business
- Proven record of designing and delivering large luxury hospitality and large high Rise projects from Concept through to completion in the region
- In-depth knowledge of the local design market in Dubai and the larger region
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, grow and mentor a team.
