Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Associate-level Interior Designer to join our thriving team in Dubai. This is a prestigious opportunity to transition from a consultancy environment into a high-impact, client-side role with one of the region's most prominent International Design studio
In this role, you will lead the interior design strategy for our flagship projects. You will act as the design authority, overseeing the creative vision, quality standards, and delivery excellence of our hospitality and high end residential portfolio. We are looking for a creative leader who maintains a "hands-on" design sensibility and is eager to shape the future of Dubai's luxury landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Set the aesthetic and functional design direction for large-scale luxury hospitality and residential and developments.
- Consultant Management: Appoint and manage top-tier interior design consultancies, ensuring project alignment with our brand standards, budget, and timeline.
- Design Oversight: Review and approve all design stages, from concept and schematic design through to construction documentation and site execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal development, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of luxury, material selection, and detailing, ensuring every project serves as a market benchmark.
